6. Delivery Issues

If delivery fails due to incorrect recipient information provided by the customer:

  • We are not liable for packages that remain unclaimed or are destroyed due to incorrect details.

If delivery fails or the package is lost due to reasons attributable to us or our logistics partners, we will:

  • Reship the order at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Claims for delivery issues must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
